A friend of mine commissioned me to do this logo for her band called Rock It! which is an old rock cover band. When she first brought this up to me I had a few ideas, but I wasn't sure where to go with it. I did a rough sketch there on the spot and she liked it, and the rest of the band trusted her judgement. I continued to tweak the design as the week went on, and finalized a version of it using Prismacolor colored pencils. I then used Autodesk Sketchbook and Adobe Photoshop to touch it up. They later had the image printed on a large banner and hung above their practice space.
